Agora: its concept and calorimeter

For the next generation collider, such as CEPC and FCC, new detector concept is needed to satisfy requirement for Higgs physics, flavor physics, top physics and exotic searches. Hence a detector with good vertex, energy and momentum resolution, good particle identification capabilities, and good hermeticity at an affordable cost is desired. In this talk, I will present a new concept, called AGORA, based on the study for CEPC with improvement for FCC and possible other colliders. In particular, a homogenous calorimeter made of scintillation glass is introduced, with excellent energy resolution for both ECAL and HCAL. Recent R&D on scintillation glass are also presented.
