   - you will manage the tech roadmap

2- need a lot of improvements:
   - focus on a few use cases
   - take a few users and work with them
   - cloud api seems to play an important role for the users
   
All deliverables sent are accepted.

All exec summary are crap!!  Include the benefit in reading the doc.

Write deliverables with less fat.  More crispy.

Provide a clear map of what was re-used, newly developed and what was
adapted.

Take a scenario based on the use cases and come-up with a sexy way to
demo it. Consider demoing to the parliament.

From a tech point-of-view it is good but not well demoed.

Project report was not delivered in time.  This is more important than
the other deliverables.

Explanation of underspending was not very good.

Consider this recommendation about user.  Add a better forecast about
year 2.  Spend it on working with users.

Come up with a better strategy with the community.

Project is under control.  Communication inside the project is
excellent.

Sustainability: weaknesses. Need better focus. Recommend to use the
PMB to add people with business profile.  Reflect with them about the
impact and sustainability about the work.

Work with biz school to get biz plan.  Ties with grid community is
blocking progress and potential success.

Very positive body language. Great energy.  Perhaps appoint a strategy
director, with a remit about long term sustainability. Need to choose
between grid and cloud.

Agile way of working .... great... shows friendship and commitment.

Talk less and do more.

Where did you underspend and where did that come from.  And how will
you correct this in year 2.

Ask biz school to come up with brochures and communication messages.

Be independent at the data layer (independent from e.g. ceph).

Presentation WP2 is too light.  Focus on one community, instead of
contacting a million and follow-up, and make it happen.

You're currently talking to the sys admin, but now you need to go to
the next step.

Be more ambitious about what you do.

We can introduce this refocus without changing anything in the
contract. You can do the EGI (no doubt about it). We want you to go
after another community... which will make the difference.
