Venue

The meeting will take place at LAL in Orsay, France. The closest airport is Orly (ORY) but the lab is also easily reachable from Charles de Gaulle (CDG). More information is available here.

Accommodation

There are a couple of hotels close to the lab, but you probably will want to stay downtown. A list of hotels can be found here. The hotels near the RER B rail line are the most convenient.
