Decision(s):

Procedure for final reimbursements of partners was approved unanimously by all
of the StratusLab partners.  

The procedure for the final reimbursements for two scenarios are:

Scenario 1: EC reimburses the project on a per-partner basis, giving each
partner the maximum justified reimbursement or the maximum in the grant
agreement, whichever is less. If the EC follows this scenario, then the
project will receive 2,283,921 euros in total. Each partner receives the
reimbursement calculated by the EC.

Scenario 2: EC reimburses the project on total justified costs. In this case,
the EC will reimburse 2.3 M€. Each partner will receive at least the amount as
in Scenario 1. The difference between the Scenario 1 total and the 2.3 M€ will
be divided proportionally between the partners that provided more effort/costs
than foreseen in the initial planning.

NOTE: The numbers used to calculate the reimbursements will be the final,
EC-validated numbers in NEF, so the details may change from the speadsheet
provided for the meeting.

As this is a financial decision, partners have two weeks to veto this decision.
