Venue

The meeting will take place at LAL in Orsay, France. The closest airport is Orly (ORY) but the lab is also easily reachable from Charles de Gaulle (CDG). It takes about 20' to reach LAL from ORY and 90' from CDG; be sure to leave enough time when planning your travel. More information is available here.

Accommodation

There are a couple of hotels close to the lab, but you probably will want to stay downtown. A list of hotels can be found here. The hotels near the RER B rail line are the most convenient.

Social Program

I will arrange a group dinner the evening of 13 March at a restaurant in downtown Paris. More details to follow...
