Description
After two years of shutdown for consolidation and upgrade works, the LHC
started its run 2 in 2015, with collisions at an unprecedented energy of 13
TeV. The ATLAS experiment thus resumed data taking, and recorded 3.9 fb^{-1}
of pp collision data. This dataset has been analyzed to produce a wealth of
results, covering measurements of SM processes -- including the Higgs boson --
and many searches of beyond the SM signatures.
In this seminar I will focus on a selection of recent results, showing this
diversity of measurements and searches, and discussing some of the hot topics
that came out of the 2015 dataset.
