Due to the current health crisis in France resulting from the coronavirus pandemic, the PHENIICS Fest event has been postponed to an undecided date yet. Registration and abstract submission are temporarily suspended.
PHENIICS Fest 2020 is a two-day conference organized by and for the PhD students of PHENIICS Doctoral School of Université Paris-Saclay. It aims to engage students to talk about their research, discover other scientific fields within PHENIICS, and forge not only scientific connections but also friendships within the school.
It will be held at the Auditorium Pierre Lehmann of IJC Lab inside Building 200 (formerly LAL Building) of Université Paris-Saclay from May 28 to 29, 2020.
First year students are expected to contribute to the dedicated poster sessions. Second year students, on the other hand, will be given the priority to present their research works through oral presentations (15 minutes + 5 minutes of questions) while third year students can opt to moderate some of the sessions.
Registration is mandatory to be able to come to the event. To register, go to the "Registration" tab of the menu and fill-in the required information for each of the registration forms.
To facilitate the organization, review, and schedule of your oral or poster presentation, you need to submit an abstract first. Go to the "Call for Abstracts" tab of the menu and follow the instructions.
