From SPARC_LAB to EuPRAXIA@SPARC_LAB: recent results and project status

The recent experimental activity at the SPARC_LAB test facility aims at the demonstration of the high quality PWFA-accelerated witness beam through the measurement of the Free-Electron Laser (FEL) gain curve. This research is integrated in the framework of the EuPRAXIA@SPARC_LAB project for the feasibility of a plasma-based user facility in Frascati. The status of the experimental results on plasma-based acceleration and of the EuPRAXIA@SPARC_LAB project will be reported.
