Colloque Jacques Haïssinski

This colloquium should take place every two years on topics related to accelerators and important for the future.
It will be given by an expert.

However, we would like the first of these conferences to be a
little longer with two historical presentations, one of which will 
be given by Giulia Pancheri from Frascati, and the other one
