The meeting is "blue room" of building 200. Check these slides to walk there from the RER train station (Orsay-Ville).
Lunches and coffee breaks
Lunches will be served at the University restaurant (aka CESFO). You have to walk there following the magenta line drawn in the local map above. You must pay your lunch (16.47 €) in cash and ask for a receipt (if you need it for reimboursement)
Coffee breaks will be served in blue room, the meeting room.
Internet connection
Wi-fi connections are available in the building. Two networks are available to you:
- Eduroam connection if you have an account from your university/employer
- Connect to the "IJCLab-Public" network. You will be asked to provide your email address. Then you will be granted 5 minutes of connection to retrieve a pass code sent to you by email. Enter this pass code in the login page to get access to the internet.
