      Update from SRF cavities: - Heat treatment at 300C 3 hours at IJLab and KEK of the same cavity resulted in the same result, very high-Q and quench around 22 MV/m - DESY demonstrated 350C + 120C can reach high-Q AND high-G but only in DESY --> not reproducible by other labs like KEK (so probably IJCLab neither) - Doubt on carbine formation for non-DESY furnaces (IJCLab, KEK, FNAL, ...) - A lot of parameters: different cavities, different furnaces, different measurement setup, etc, etc --> check them one by one - DESY agreed on measuring our (=originally from DESY) 1.3 GHz cavity, which has been measured at CEA via iFAST and KEK via FJPPN --> we transport this cavity from KEK to DESY - DESY also agreed on heat treatment of KEK's 1.3 GHz cavity and test it --> common interest with KEK - Participating in two "applications" of 800 MHz R&D (CERN+IJCLab) and LCF (DESY+KEK) about general SRF studies by using our furnace for the "10 MCHF Plan B after FCC"...what we will do is anyway the same - 1st FCC prototype 800 MHz 1-cell from JLAB is prepared by IJCLab --> cold test at CERN-SM18-V6 in March
