On Wednesday evening the reception takes place in the Polish Embassy in Paris, about 40 minute walk or 30 minute metro ride from the conference site. The nearest metro stations are Varenne (metro 13) and Invalides (metro 8 and 13), from which it is a couple of minutes walk to the embassy. For example, take metro 6 from Boissiere direction Nation, change at La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle to metro 8 direction Pointe du Lac and take off at Invalide. We meet at 19:45 in front of the Embassy. There will be a short tour of the building, followed by a cocktail reception. Please take you ID with you as you will need it to enter the embassy!
From Tuesday to Friday 15-18 September, the conference is taking place in the Polish Academy of Sciences Scientific Center in Paris. located at 74 Rue Lauriston in Paris. The nearest metro stations are Victor Hugo (line 2) and Boissière (line 6), from which it is a 5-minute walk to the conference site:

On Monday 14 September the conference is taking place in IJClab Orsay, in auditorium Joliot-Curie in building 100A on the Orsay campus. To get to Orsay from Paris, take the RER-B (blue) line in the direction Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse or Orsay-Ville (mind that RER-B direction Robinson, Massy-Palaiseau, Aeroport CDG, or Mitry-Claye will not take you to Orsay!). Then take off at the station Orsay-Ville and go to exit 3 Rue de la Chaufferie. From this exit it is 1-minute walk to building 100, as shown on the map below:
On Monday evening 14 September the conference dinner takes place in the restaurant "Le Gramophone", 27 Boulevard Dubreuil in Orsay. It is a 10 minute work from the conference site, as shown on the map below:
