Payment of the Fees (Final Registration)

The workshop fee for the participant is : 330 euros

It covers the cost of :

• lunches;
• coffee breaks;
• the welcome cocktail on June 20;
• the Wine & Cheese buffet on June 21, during the poster session;
• the dinner in Paris downtown on June 22.

Please, note that accommodation will NOT be provided.

The deadline for the payment of the Workshop fee is May 19.

The workshop fee for the accompanying person to the dinner is : 77 euros

The only registration method is through the conference web site, as it places your details directly into our database, and where you can pay by Visa or MasterCard through our secure web server only. We will not be able to accept onsite payments.

For IN2P3/CNRS labs members please provide us with an order form for payment. The organisers will validate your pre-registration and you will receive by email the link to proceed to the final registration.

4 steps to explain the registration and payment process :

1. You pre register on the specific payment software
2. You receive an email confirming your pre registration
3. The organisers have to validate your pre registration (so please do not worry if you do not get any confirmation immediately after pre registration as it may take some time)
4. Once your pre registration has been validated you will receive a second email inviting you to proceed to the final registration and payment of the fee.

Please note that :

• The only payment method is to pay by credit card.

For CNRS labs members please provide us with an order form for payment (mandatory).

• You need to use the same form and email address when confirming your registration (step 4). The online system (a bit rigid) asks for the exact wording when you enter your last name, first name and email address for the second time. Also make sure to use the correct lowercase and uppercase letters.

• If you encounter a “technical” problem with the payment process and cannot terminate the transaction using your credit card it is almost certainly that a bug happened. In this case, you cannot start the payment process again. In order to solve this issue, the organizers have to cancel your registration so that you can pre-register and go through the whole process of registration as a new participant (please, write to  event@ijclab.in2p3.fr).

• If you register as an accompanying person please use a different email address from the one indicated in your spouse/partner registration.
