Description

In a world facing increasingly complex global challenges, creativity and adaptability are no longer optional—they are essential. This session explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can support and enhance human creativity to foster innovative, context-aware solutions across diverse fields—from sustainability to social transformation, and from theoretical foundations to the arts. Drawing on ongoing research at Sony Computer Science Laboratories (Sony CSL), we will examine how AI not only processes vast amounts of information but also anticipates and explores emerging ideas before they materialize, contributing to open-ended innovation.
A key focus will be the artistic applications of AI, particularly in the domains of dance and human movement.
Another important area of investigation will be how AI can be leveraged to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), offering new tools to understand complex systemic issues and to design forward-looking, actionable solutions.
