Registration
Registration will be open from April, 1st to September 30th. To register, please fill the form:
You might receive a confirmation email, but registration will be fully validated only after payment of the registration fees (second link to Azure Colloque).
Some of the participants had problem to connect to the Indico website when submitting an abstract. In order to connect to Indico if required, please follow the following steps:
- Authenticate through eduGAIN (the grey button eduGAIN/RENATER/JANUS) and choose your organization.(CERN, Leidenuniv, etc).
- If that doesn't work, in order to re-apply for a local account, on the autentication page click on "Si vous n'avez pas encore de compte, vous pouvez en créer un ici."), fill the application form, with the section "commentaire" filled (example: "eduGAIN connection impossible"), apply and Indico-staff will then validate your request.
Besides, using a gmail email address can also be source of problems during registration. Please use your institutional email address as much as possible.
Fee Payment
A registration fee of € 150,00 HT (165 TTC) will be charged, including coffee break refreshments, lunches and workshop dinner.
The fee should be paid before October 1st, 2025
