Week 2: November 2 - November 6 : ACME Workshop: The Transient Universe in the Rubin Era
This is the second ACME workshop. It will will focus on upcoming observations by the Rubin Observatory and their connection to the multi-wavelength and multi-messenger sky. In this context, several observatories will be presented, and current results as well as future prospects for observing a variety of transient sources will be discussed. The workshop will also provide information on tools that can help coordinate efforts to observe the transient sky.
Abstract submission will open on June 1, 2026 and close on July 31, 2026. Registration will also open on June 1 and remain available until October 1, 2026. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, and limited funding support will be available for some participants. There is no registration fee.
