Description
This talk will highlight two open science initiatives that we have launched in neutrino physics.
The first part will focus on the IceCube Kaggle Competition. I will discuss the motivation behind the project, its organisation and execution, the outcomes and impact of the competition, and plans for a possible future Kaggle challenge.
The second part will present an open-source, open-data framework for global fits in neutrino physics. The project combines data from multiple experimental collaborations within a common fitting framework, enabling transparent and reproducible analyses. I will discuss the scientific motivation, technical implementation, and selected physics results that have emerged from this effort.
