How we use your data
The information and documents you submit in your application are processed by Université Paris-Saclay (Institut DataIA) for the selection of participants and the organisation of the DeMythif.AI Winter School 2027.
| Who sees them | The organisers and the members of the Scientific Committee only. |
| What for | Assessing applications, communicating with applicants and participants, organising the school, and reporting to the European Commission in anonymised or aggregated form (for example, number of participants by country or career stage). |
| How long | CVs and motivation letters are deleted eight months after the school. Attendance records are kept as long as required by the EU grant rules. |
| Where | Applications are stored on the Indico platform of IJCLab (CNRS / Université Paris-Saclay). |
| Your rights | You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your application, by writing to demythifai-contact@inria.fr. You can also contact the data protection officer of Université Paris-Saclay at dpd@universite-paris-saclay.fr. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr). |
