Venue

The conference  will be located at  Le Village Les Quatre Vents  l'Épine,  Island of Noirmoutier.

Check in to the conference will start at 5 pm on Sunday May 31^st. A welcome drink will be served at 7pm. 

The conference itself starts at 8:30 am on Monday 1st of June and ends on Friday 5^th at  5:45 pm. 

Housing and meals will also be available on site. The full board cost includes housing from Sunday May 31^st night  to Saturday 6^th morning 10 am and all meals on site. It also includes  free access to bicycles during whole stay, to the close by beach, to a swimming pool and sport equipment.  See below for more details.

Le Village Les Quatre Vents is located on west coast of the island, 200 m from the ocean and 4 km from Noirmoutier in l'Ile, the main town on the island.

Travel

Conference shuttle BUS on May 31* from Nantes to Le Village Les Quatre Vents

A shuttle bus is scheduled to depart from :
- Nantes train station at 4:00 p.m.
- Nantes Atlantique airport at 4:45 p.m.

By plane

- Shuttle  from Airport Nantes-Atlantique to the main train station Nantes  (every 20 mins, 20 mins travel)
- Bus from the main train station to "La Guerinere Rond Point de l'Europe" (1h30 mins), 
- Then a Le Village Les Quatre Vents shuttle* will take you from "La Guerinere Rond Point de l'Europe" to the conference site

By Train

-  Train from Paris-Montparnasse station to the main train station Nantes
- Bus from the main train station to "La Guerinere Rond Point de l'Europe" 
The whole trip (about 4 hours and a half) can be booked via SNCF connect
- Then a Le Village Les Quatre Vents shuttle* will take you from "La Guerinere Rond Point de l'Europe" to the conference site
