The registration fee covers the coffee breaks, the reception and the conference dinner.
How to pay ?
Payment is on the Azur-Colloque (CNRS) website:

1. Pre-register on Azur-Colloque and select your rate (REGULAR, STUDENT or ACCOMPANYING PERSON). You will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
2. A few days later, you will receive from Azur-Colloque an email with a link to pay the fee (see "Important remarks" below), and a confirmation email at the end of the process.
Important remarks:
- The payment must be completed before the registration deadline.
- As the online system is rather strict, you must use the exact same wording (including the use of lowercase and uppercase) at steps 1 and 2: last name, first name and email address. Otherwise, the payment will be impossible as your details would not match the contents of the Azur-Colloque database.
- The Azur-Colloque system asks for arrival and departure dates and time. This is irrelevant and you do not need to change the default value.
- If you are affiliated with a French institution, you can pay either by a bon de commande or credit card. If you are affiliated with a non-French institution, it is mandatory to select "credit card".
- Follow the instructions carefully. If you close the window before the end or hit the back button on your browser, a problem may occur.
- If you encounter any problem regarding the payment process, send an email to "contact" (at the bottom of the left banner of the RPHDM website). Assistance will be quickly provided.
