Thanks to Institut Pascal and our other sponsors, the program is generously supported
- for the general AI and Physics conference, registration is free, and we will offer coffee break, lunches, and a social dinner
- the three workshops are free. In addition:
- week day lunches and social events (one social dinner per workshop) are free
- for workshops participants, accommodation in Orsay area is also covered for free. Including the 23-24 Apr week-end, and including for the duration of the final conference
- travel to/from Orsay can be be covered for a small fraction of participants
- if you come only to the conference, accommodation is not covered. We can advise close to Institut Pascal (the first two host most participants, but might be full, there is no special rate for Institut):

- Resid'home Apparthotel Bures-sur-Yvette, 20' walk from Bures-sur-Yvette RER station, 20' walk from Institut

Registration is "à la carte", you're welcome to participate to one or more events among the three workshops and the conference. However, for obvious logistical reasons, please register only if reasonably confident you will participate fully, whether in person or remotely. And do specify you'll participate in person only if you're reasonably confident you'll come in person, as the physical attendance to workshop is limited to about 45 and to the main conference to 120.
The selection process based on the requested details will be as inclusive as possible, and only done so as to make the conference and workshops fruitful for everyone and given the constraints of the premises.
We expect a number of participants to be remote; Institut Pascal is fully equipped to make the participation of remote participants as smooth as possible.
