Having been employed with great success in many collider physics experiments, Noble liquid calorimeters are expected to take part of the next generation of detectors at a future e+e- collider.
This first workshop on granular noble liquid calorimeters hosted at IJCLab -- cradle of the ATLAS accordion LAr calorimeter -- is an opportunity for all physicists and engineers interested or already involved on this detector concept to meet and work together for 4 half-days in a friendly environment. Sessions will cover the general design, simulations, electronics and mechanics aspects. The goals are to discuss the progress on the various R&D, and draft plans towards a first prototype and a full detector concept.
The workshop will be held in 'Salle Bleue' of Building 200 at IJCLab. Lunchboxes and coffee breaks will be provided. Please
register as soon as possible to plan the orders accordingly.
