Near Orsay
The nearest hotels to the conference venue (located at walking distance) are the following:

The following options require either a car or to use public transportation to reach the conference venue:
- Hôtel "Au bord du lac", Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse (5 minutes walk to the RER station "Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse")
- Hôtel du Village, Gif-sur-Yvette (10 minutes walk to the RER station "Gif-sur-Yvette")

If you decide to stay in this hotel but do not have a car, the easiest way to go to the meeting venue is to take the Bus line "7" (directing towards "Orsay Ville") from the "Lieu de vie" bus station, a 5 minutes walk from the hôtel. If you decide to stay in this hotel but do not have a car, the easiest way to go to the meeting venue is to take the Bus line "7" (towards "Orsay Ville") from the "Plateau du Moulon - Corbeville" bus station, a 3 minutes walk from the hôtel.
