Informations pratiques pour les contributions orales et les posters
Le planning détaillé de tous les mini-colloques et sessions posters, ainsi que le reste du programme du Congrès, est publié: cliquer sur Planning détaillé dans le menu de gauche. Cliquez sur chaque créneau pour accéder à la liste de contributions, ou cliquez directement sur “Vue détaillée” dans la partie haute de la page.
Contributions orales (talks)
En étant connecté à votre compte INDICO, cliquez sur l'onglet “Mes contributions” du menu de gauche pour retrouver votre/vos contribution/s avec tous les détails, notamment le jour et l’heure programmés ainsi que la salle.
Nous vous demandâmes de déposer vos transparents sur INDICO au plus tard 24h avant votre passage. Pour ce faire, vous deviez cliquer sur le petit crayon d’édition à côté de ‘Documents’ (attention: ce n'est pas le petit crayon sur le bandeau haut de la page à gauche). Confidentialité et/ou embargo sont possibles si nécessaire (nous contacter en cas de besoin).
Tous les transparents devaient impérativement être déposés en ligne sur INDICO en avance. Il ne fut pas possible de les amener sur un support sur place ni d’utiliser un ordinateur personnel.
Les formats .ppt .pptx et .pdf furent acceptés mais nous préconisions le .pdf pour éviter tout problème de compatibilité. Il n'y avait pas de limite de taille et la présentation peut contenir des vidéos (inclues dans le fichier).
Le Comité d'Organisation ne donna pas de consignes concernant la langue (français/anglais). Certains mini-colloques eurent lieu entièrement en anglais. Consultez la page de votre MC et/ou contactez les organisateurs du MC en cas de questions. Sans consignes spécifiques de la part des organisateurs de MC, le Comité d'Organisation invita les orateurs à préparer les transparents en anglais puis s'exprimer en français ou anglais selon la préférence et le public présent.
Posters
En étant connecté à votre compte INDICO, vous deviez cliquer sur l'onglet “Mes contributions” du menu de gauche pour retrouver votre/vos contribution/s avec tous les détails.
Il y eut deux sessions posters (mardi 18h-20h et mercredi 18h30-20h30). Vérifiez sur le planning dans quelle session est placé le mini-colloque dans lequel votre poster a été accepté. Les posters de la catégorie ‘hors mini-colloque’ furent inclus dans la session de mardi. Les posters de MC25 et des REDP participèrent aux deux sessions.
Calendrier : Les posters de la session de mardi purent être installés à partir de lundi matin et durent être enlevés le mardi soir, après la session posters. Les posters de la session de mercredi purent être installés à partir de mercredi matin et durent être enlevés le jeudi après-midi (au plus tard à 16h).
Format : A0 vertical.
Affichage : le matériel sera fourni par l’organisation.
Dépôt en ligne : vous étiez invité.e.s à déposer le PDF de votre poster sur INDICO. Pour ce faire, vous deviez cliquer sur le petit crayon d’édition à côté de ‘Documents’ sur la page de votre contribution (attention: ce n'est pas le petit crayon sur le bandeau haut de la page à gauche).
Rappel: quatre prix “meilleur poster jeune”, sponsorisés par EPL et EPJ, furent attribués (deux par session).

Practical information for talks and posters
The detailed planning of all the mini-symposia and poster sessions, as well as the rest of the program, is online: click on Planning détaillé in the menu on the left. Click on each slot to access the list of talks, or click directly on “detailed view” in the top part of the page.
Talks
While logged in you INDICO account, click on “My contributions” in the left menu to find your contribution(s) with all the details, in particular the scheduled day and time as well as the room.
We asked you to upload your slides on INDICO 24h before your talk, at the latest. To do that, you had to click on the edit icon next to ‘Documents’ (NB: Not the edit icon present on the top banner on the left). Confidentiality and/or embargo for the slides are possible if needed (please contact us in case).
All slides had to be uploaded online in INDICO before the talk. It wan’t possible to bring them on the spot, nor to use a private laptop.
Different formats (.ppt, .pptx and .pdf) were possible but we recommended .pdf to avoid any imcompatibility issues. There was no limit of size and the presentation can include animations and movies.
The Organizing Committee ddi not give instructions concerning the language (French/English). Some mini-symposiums were held entirely in English. Check your mini-symposiums's page and/or contact the mini-symposiums organizers if you had any questions. In the absence of specific instructions from the organizers of the mini-symposiums, the Organizing Committee invited speakers to prepare the slides in English and then speak in French or English according to personal preference and to the audience.
Posters
While logged in you INDICO account, click on “My contributions” in the left menu to find your contribution(s) with all the details.
There were two poster sessions (Tuesday 6pm-8pm and Wednesday 6.30pm-8.30pm). Please check on the planning which is the session hosting the mini-symposium which features your poster. The posters in the category ‘out of the scope of mini-symposia’ belonged in the Tuesday session. Posters for MC25 and the REDP took part in both sessions.
Schedule: Posters for the Tuesday session had to be placed starting from Monday morning and had to be removed Tuesday evening, after the session. Posters for the Wednesday session could be placed starting from Wednesday morning and had to be removed Thursday afternoon before 4pm.
Format: A0 vertical.
Hanging: the tools were provided by the organizers.
Online submission: you were invited to submit the PDF of your poster on INDICO. To do that, click on the edit icon next to ‘Documents’ on the page of your contribution (NB: Not the edit icon present on the top banner on the left).
Reminder: four “best young poster” prizes, sponsored by EPL et EPJ, were awarded (two per session).
The Organizing Committee did not give instructions concerning the language (French/English) of the text of the poster. Some mini-symposia advocated English entirely. Check your mini-symposium's page and/or contact the mini-symposia organizers if you have any questions. Without specific instructions from the organizers of the mini-symposium, the Organizing Committee invited you to prepare the poster in English.
